Venue applications and advertising enquiries on this website prepare an email in your own email application. Your information is only sent to PocketVolt when you review and send that email.

We use the details you provide to assess venue suitability, respond to campaign enquiries, arrange calls and manage a potential or active business relationship. We do not sell enquiry details.

Retention

Business correspondence may be retained while it remains relevant to the enquiry or partnership, and for reasonable legal and operational record-keeping afterwards.

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information held in correspondence, subject to any legal requirement to retain it.
